CNC/EDM Machinist
Immediate opportunity for a CNC/EDM Machinist in our toolroom. Position involves precision machining of tooling to be used in the production of our display hooks, metal stampings, and plastic extrusions using our horizontal and vertical CNC machines as well as EDM equipment.
Education/Experience: Prior experience in a CNC or EDM machinist position or related technical training that includes machine programming. Must be versed in FANUC and HAAS controls. Preference would be given to those with Esprit programming software.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow departmental procedures
- Knowledge of general machining processes
- Programming and machine set-up knowledge
- Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures
- Ability to operate manual milling machines, grinders, lathes, and saws
- Mechanical ability and blueprint reading
- Organizational skills and strong interaction skills
- Ability to interact as a team member and work with related departments
Essential Duties:
- Produce parts according to the job specifications and blueprints
- Must check safety equipment on machinery prior to operation
- Utilize proper personal protective equipment and adhere to safety regulations required in this area
- Assist with repairs on CNC mills and EDM machines as required
- Communicate status of parts being produced and quality control issues to the Tool Room Supervisor and/or Production Supervisors
- Required to follow and comply with all Company Rules and Regulations within the Employee Handbook

1st Shift Custodian
Department: Production
Reports to: First Shift Supervisor
Payroll Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly Position
Education/Experience: One year previous experience in a custodial position preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Good physical condition in order to perform his/her job duties
- Ability to follow directions and perform work duties with limited supervision
- Operate various cleaning machines, techniques and standards relating to custodial responsibilities
- Safe use of cleaning supplies; ability to read, understand and respond to chemical label warnings
- Ability to interact as a team member and work within related departments
- Capable of following departmental procedures
Essential Duties:
- Report to Custodian Lead who is responsible for the direction of housekeeping services in the facility.
- Remove trash from various production offices, bathrooms and other designated areas
- Collect corrugated boxes at selected areas throughout building, load and operate box compactor
- Communicate maintenance issues and/or repairs needed in the general building areas or equipment to the Custodian Lead
- Empty cigarette containers outside of building
- Keep company environment clean using broom/vacuum as needed
- Handle responsibilities such as cleaning restrooms, fill dispensers, and clean cafeteria in absence of team members
- Follow and comply with company safety policies and procedures
Other Duties:
- Maintain immediate work area and other common work areas
- Responsible for any other assigned duties, as may be required

CNC Wire Forming Machine Programmer/Set-Up
Immediate opportunity for a CNC wire forming machine programmer/set-up person in our production area. Position involves developing programs to produce various wire forms using our CNC wire forming equipment.
Education/Experience: Prior experience programming CNC production equipment, especially involving wire forming.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow departmental procedures
- Knowledge of general machining processes
- Strong math ability and knowledge of measuring devices
- Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures
- Mechanical ability and blueprint reading
- Organizational skills and strong interaction skills
- Ability to interact as a team member and work with related departments
Essential Duties:
