  1. MATERIAL HANDLER
    Description

    This position will be located throughout the facility and require previous forklift operation experience. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to utilize hand scanners as well.

     

    Requirements
    • Previous forklift operation experience
    • Previous warehouse and inventory management
    • Valid Driver’s License

  2. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
    Description

    Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling all accounts within their designated area. They work hand-in-hand with the sales coordinators and sales manager to ensure proper products are delivered to Trion’s customers and handle any issues that customers may have.

     

    Requirements
    • Previous Customer Service experience or willingness to learn
    • Strong listening, excellent attention to detail and strong listening skills
    • Previous DBMS experience

  3. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
    Description

    Human Resources Manager will be tasked to oversee day-to-day operations, perform recruiting, hiring and orientation, oversee and handle paperwork, build relationships with staffing agencies, negotiate all benefit packages, administer the COBRA function, maintain HR database and represent Trion in and out of Trion’s facilities.

     

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Preferably 7 or more years of experience
    • Certification in either/both SHRM & PHR
